Medical records

Keeping proper medical records is very important for correct diagnosis and treatment of the patient.

A software can be used for logging patient encounters.
It helps to maintain a record of when patients are seen, and under what circumstance.

Doctors and interns can use it to keep track of all patients for  resident logs. It is not intended for keeping specific patient data such as vitals or labs, but instead should be used as a simplified patient history with record of all procedures, surgeries, and visits with each respective diagnosis.

The software has also included a simple record keeping database file that maintains history of educational events, lectures and reading. This version is updated to include dynamic record linking. A user  can integrate your records and access all databases from a common point, or continue to use each database individually.

For example, once stored, data can be accessed by searching for a specific event (i.e. a surgery) for a specific patient, or by searching all occurances of a specific event (i.e. surgeries) to see if that patient has had any.
